Freediving Specialty Programs

Advanced Freediver and Higher

Students with an Advanced Freediver certification or higher may register for the following programs:
  • Variable Weight
  • No-Fins Freediving

Student Prerequisites

  • Minimum age | 15 years old.
  • Have an SSI Advanced Freediver certification or equivalent from a recognized training agency.

Depth Limitations

  • For Variable Weight | The maximum allowed depth is 10 meters deeper than the student’s current certification limit.

SSI materials are written in English and follow U.S. spelling and punctuation.
